Exercise:
1. First, blanch the Chinese cabbage until it breaks.
2. Prepare juice: two or three spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of sesame oil, one spoonful of oil consumption, a little salt and sugar, and add a little hot water to stir evenly (adjust the seasoning according to the amount of rice).
3. Brush a layer of oil on the casserole, pour in rice and water (the water level is about one centimeter), cover the lid and bring it to a boil, and simmer for six or seven minutes. When the rice is dry, several holes can be seen on it.
4. Quickly spread bacon, sausage and shredded ginger, and continue to cover and stew for three or four minutes;
5. Pour an egg, spread broken cabbage, and pour the prepared juice along the pot;
6. Continue to cover the pot and cook for two or three minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
