Method 1: Freezing method

This method is suitable for a wide range of apples, oranges, pineapples, watermelons, and even non-leafy vegetables, such as bitter melon, carrots can be used in this method of juice, you need only a freezer function of the refrigerator, a clean gauze and enough patience.

The freezing method is easy to do. Put the fruit in the freezer until it's completely frozen, then take it out and let it thaw completely at room temperature. You'll notice that the fruit becomes very soft, so put it in the gauze and squeeze it gently, and the juice will flow out.

TIP: You can put more fruit in the freezer at one time, and every time you want to drink juice, take out a part of the fruit to melt and squeeze, so that the waiting time will be greatly reduced. Also, when melting at room temperature, try to spread the fruit out as much as possible, which can speed up the melting rate.

Method 2: Squeeze

Suitable for those who have enough patience, hands-on interest and a little strength.

Operation index: ☆☆☆☆

If you can't wait to make juice with the freezing method, then try the squeezing method. Note that this method is better for soft fruits with lots of water, such as watermelon and peach.

The method is just as simple. Chop the fruit, then wrap it in gauze and squeeze it vigorously with your hands to make it drip juice. You can also wrap the fruit in saran wrap and then place it in a sturdy container, such as a stainless steel tub, and mash it with a rolling pin before finally squeezing it.

Specifically, there are quite a few derivatives of the squeezing method, such as:

For soft-skinned fruits, such as oranges, you can cut a slice in the orange at about one-third of the way through, pinch the smaller piece between your thumb and forefinger, squeeze upward, squeeze out the juice, then use a knife to swirl the knife inside the rest of the piece, and then finally squeeze out the juice, but it's a lot of forceful work.

For juicy grapes, you can use clean scissors to cut it up, or just go ahead and crush it by hand, and then strain it through gauze at the end.

Watermelon juice, in addition to the above methods, there is another method, that is, the watermelon is divided into two halves, half of the watermelon on the container, a chopstick through the bottom of the watermelon, and then use a spoon to dig the watermelon, and then squeezed, the watermelon juice down the chopstick poked through the hole to flow down, and the watermelon seeds stay in the watermelon, the whole process of the chopsticks can not be pulled out in case the watermelon seeds clogging the hole.

TIP: If you have a sieve similar to the one used for filtering soybean milk at home, you can also cut the watermelon into slices and press it while rubbing to let the watermelon juice flow down, while the slag and seeds stay on the net.

Also, for larger, more watery fruits like mangoes, you can juice them with the help of a garlic grinder or a julienne peeler. As long as the fruit to rub on the scrubber for rubbing, as if washing clothes on the scrubber, the juice will flow out in a steady stream, if you feel that the processed juice is not delicate enough, you can then use gauze to filter it.
