1. The original power of attorney for agency inspection is blank, with the official seal and legal person seal of the client affixed.

2. The original copy of the Power of Attorney for Agency Declaration is in duplicate, and the third copy (upper right and lower left) is stamped with the official seal and legal person seal and left to the client.

3. A copy of the purchase contract.

4. A copy of the invoice.

5. Copy of packing list.

6. One original bill of lading, with Chinese and English seals on the front and official seals on the back, endorsed by foreign countries.

7. A copy of the country of origin.

8. A copy of the bill of materials, specification list and letter of guarantee.

9. Copy of fumigation certificate (if it is a wooden pallet).

If license and commodity inspection are involved, relevant certificates are needed.
