The prototype of martini is gin and some kind of wine. At first, it was mainly sweet, with sweet absinthe as auxiliary material. Among many cocktails, "martini" is the fastest-evolving and fashionable cocktail. It is not so much a wine as a wine, because martini has become a broad concept. Not only cups, colorless spirits (mostly vodka) are used as the base wine, and other colors and flavors are added to become a versatile person in the cocktail world.
There is a martini cocktail called Paradise, and the recipe is gin+orange juice+almond brandy (it doesn't matter without this), but remember that if you make other martinis with juice, you need to shake it.
Martini is a concept to me, not a wine, but a mature and elegant concept. As a bartender, I recommend different martinis to different people.
You go and create your own, gin+whatever = your unique martini (no China white wine).
I have a homemade gin+aged osmanthus wine+lemon juice =2:0.5:0.5. You can try.
