How to make fat-reduced steak?
Punch the steak with a meat mallet or the back of a knife until the ribs are broken.
Pour a little Pinley medium-grade virgin olive oil into a bowl, then add crushed black pepper, rosemary, a little salt and red wine and stir thoroughly to set aside as a marinade.
Soak the steak in the prepared marinade for 3-4 minutes.
Heat the pan, put the marinated steak into the Corning ceramic cast aluminum pan and fry it. After the meat changes color, add the red wine and fry it on both sides.
Chop the onion, add it to the pot and stir-fry until it changes color. Add black pepper and a small amount of water, cook until thickened, add a little salt to taste, and put it into a bowl as a dipping sauce.
