Bacon 2 tablets
Ham sausage 1 root
3 eggs
Cabbage 1 tablet
Red peppers at traffic lights 1/5.
Tomatoes 1/2
Milk 1 spoon
3 tablespoons of cream
A little black pepper
A little salt
A little salad oil

Dice all the ingredients, and add a little black pepper to the bacon and mix well. Break the eggs and mix well. Add a spoonful of milk and a little salt.
Pour a little salad oil into a hot pot, add bacon and stir-fry. When bacon is slightly cooked, add diced ham, diced tomato, diced cabbage and diced bell pepper and stir-fry quickly. Add a little salt and black pepper, and set aside.
After cleaning the pan, pour a little salad oil, pour in the egg liquid, spread the whole pan, and turn down the heat. Turn off the fire when the omelet is basically solidified, but the egg liquid in the middle of the top is not completely solidified. Spread the dish in the center of the omelet, add three tablespoons of cream and sprinkle with a little black pepper.
Roll up the sides of the omelet and serve it. It's done! With a piece of bread and some fruits, it is the perfect breakfast!
