This hairtail is part of the middle tail. Wash and remove impurities, cut into five centimeters long, and cut several holes in the fish section with a knife.
Wash ginger, remove impurities and cut into pieces. Wash celery, remove impurities and cut into cubes for later use.
Add a proper amount of boiling water to the soup pot, wash Astragalus membranaceus, put it into the soup pot to boil, and serve the soup after about 5 minutes.
Heat the cooking oil in the soup pot, first add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add hairtail, stir-fry, add astragalus soup, and cook over high fire.
Cook for about 5 minutes, add cooking wine, salt and sugar and cook for 3 minutes.
Finally, add some diced celery, sprinkle with some black pepper, boil it again and take it out of a big bowl.
