1, Wujia smoked meat: Wujia smoked meat is a famous traditional dish in Linfen City, Shanxi Province. Pork is the main material, characterized by bright skin, golden and fat color, but not greasy, thin and not firewood, rich grass fragrance, non-contact with mosquitoes and flies, and long-term durability. It was created by Wu Laoguang in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, and it was exclusively operated by Wu for three generations. It has been famous for more than a hundred years. Wu's smoked meat is a famous ancestral meat product run by seven brothers Wu Baoyuan and Wu Baoheng in Linfen City. It began in the late Qing Dynasty and has a history of 100 years.
2. Mutton chop suey: Mutton chop suey, also known as chop suey, is made by mixing the head, hoof, blood, liver, heart, intestine and belly of sheep. It is a specialty of Hongtong County in Linfen and first appeared in the Yuan Dynasty.

4. Fried Xunzi: Xunzi is a famous fried food in Hongtong County. 5. Huozhou pig blood enema: Pig blood enema is one of the traditional famous foods in Huozhou, Linfen. The main ingredient is pig blood with bean sprouts. In Shanxi, there are stalls selling pig blood enema, which can be eaten cold or fried. Created in the middle of the Qing Dynasty, it has fine processing and unique flavor, and is a good product with a reputation in Sanjin.
