Practice: First clean the beef, dry the surface moisture, then cut it into small pieces and put it in the pot, add enough water, directly boil the water, then cook for 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell of pork and mutton, and then take it out and soak it in clear water. Peel the white radish and cut it into 5 hob blocks, slice the ginger, cut the shallots, soak the medlar in warm water for 5 minutes, and take it out for later use.

Pour water into the pot, add ginger slices, put carrots into the pot after boiling, continue to cook until hot, add cooking wine and salt after stopping, add mutton, add onion, cover and cook with slow fire for about an hour. Open the lid, pour 5min a small amount of cooking wine, salt, medlar and white pepper for 5 minutes to taste, and cook for 5 minutes.

Tofu baked catfish food: catfish, tofu, Pleurotus ostreatus, garlic, ginger, onion, pepper, soy sauce, oil consumption, soy sauce, edible oil, Lycium barbarum, starch, salt and soy sauce.

Practice: First, clean catfish viscera, scales and dorsal fins, drain the surface water after cleaning, then cut into small pieces and put them into a larger pot. Add salt, cooking wine, pepper noodles and white pepper powder into the room, mix well and marinate for 60 minutes to fully taste.

Leave a little base oil in the pot, then pour in onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil consumption, dark soy sauce, a little water and salt, boil the water, then add catfish, tofu and Pleurotus eryngii, and stew together. Stew for another 5 minutes, sprinkle with garlic, Redmi pepper and Lycium barbarum, and serve.

Stir-fried celery with oysters: oysters, lettuce, onions, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, cooking oil, cooking wine and oil consumption.

Practice: buy fresh oysters, first put them in clear water, add a spoonful of salt to make them spit sand for 4 hours, then take them out and drain them for later use. Clean lettuce, remove celery leaves, and then cut into pieces about two centimeters.
