1. Wash red beans with clear water, and then soak them in proper amount of water for one night.
2. Drain the soaked red beans and put them into the pot, and add appropriate amount of water (water is about 3cm above the red beans).
3. Light the gas stove. After the water is boiled, turn to low heat, cook slowly until the water is almost dry, add sugar and mix well, and continue to cook on low heat until the soup is dry.
Tips:
1, in the process of soaking red beans, you can change the water several times to remove the fishy smell of beans.
2. Soaked beans can be easily crushed by pinching with fingers.
3. Increase the amount of sugar according to your own taste.
