Ingredients: 1 iron yam, 2 eggs, 3 to 5 mushrooms, 1 green vegetable, 1 green onion, 1 or 2 slices of ginger, black pepper, and appropriate amount of salt.
1. Find a suitable pot, heat oil, add diced mushrooms, green onions and ginger slices and saute until fragrant.
2. Season with soy sauce and black pepper, and add appropriate amount of boiling water.
3. Peel and smash the iron rod yam.
4. Pour into a stone mortar and pound into yam paste.
5. Add the yam puree to the soup and stir it up with chopsticks.
6. Beat two eggs and add them to the soup and stir evenly.
7. Finally add the chopped green vegetables, bring to a boil and add salt to taste.
