Stewed turtle
The turtle is also called Yuan fish, group fish, water fish and so on. Everyone may know the benefits of turtle for its benefits. Drink some turtle soup to make up for the deficiency of qi and enhance immunity, as much as you can.

Steps

2. Astragalus and wolfberry.
3. Ginger and garlic.
4. Put all the ingredients into the electric pressure cooker (except salt and cilantro do not put).
5. And green onions.
6. Blend in water to cover the turtle. Blend in the cooking wine.
7. Turn on the power and cover the pot. Set the time for 30 minutes.
8. Season with salt and add cilantro if you like, but not if you don't.
9. Serve.
Tips
Clean up the turtle, use boiling water to scald the turtle to remove the fishy skin. Then soak the snapper in bitter gall for 10 minutes, fish out and wash with water to boil.
