First, the symptoms of depression
Although there are no recognized diagnostic indicators such as imaging, physiology and biochemistry, there are clear criteria for defining the symptoms of depression, which are generally divided into two parts: core symptoms and additional symptoms. The main symptoms of depression are classified into three typical symptoms and seven additional symptoms in ICD-0.
Two or three core symptoms
1. Significant and persistent depression, most of the time every day, and basically unaffected by the environment.
2. Interest declines. Even if I engage in activities that I am interested in on weekdays, I lack pleasure and don't want to go out.
3. lack of energy or obvious fatigue, even if you do nothing, you still feel weak.
Three or seven additional symptoms
1. The ability of concentration and active attention is reduced.
2. Self-evaluation and self-confidence decrease.
3. Self-guilt and worthlessness.
4. I feel gloomy and pessimistic about my future.
5. Self-mutilation or suicidal thoughts or behaviors.
6. Sleep disorders.
7. Loss of appetite.
Fourth, mild depression.

Seven, warm tips
There is no clear boundary between mild, moderate and severe depression, just as there is no natural boundary between spring, summer, autumn and winter. The boundaries are forcibly drawn by people, and some people suffering from spring will be in a certain intermediate state, so it is difficult to draw a clear line. At this time, it is only necessary to roughly judge whether they belong to mild to moderate depression or moderate to severe depression.
