Ingredients

1 potato, 50 grams of ground beef, 50 grams of diced onions, appropriate amount of flour, 1 egg, appropriate amount of bread flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, white pepper 1/6 tsp powder

Method

1. Put the potatoes into the pot, add water until the potatoes are covered, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes , until the potatoes are cooked and soft, remove and peel them, crush them into puree and set aside.
