Method one
Materials
Eggplant 400 grams, the right amount of chopped green onion.
Practice
1. Wash the eggplant and cut it into hobnail pieces and set aside.
2. Add bottom oil to the pan and turn on medium heat. Add ginger slices and stir-fry, pour in eggplant and stir-fry.
3. Stir fry the eggplant, add monosodium glutamate and chopped green onion when the eggplant is cooked.

Ingredients
400g of eggplant, 2 green peppers, 4 cloves of garlic, 10g of green onion, 10g of ginger, 2 teaspoons (10g) of sugar, 4 teaspoons (20ml) of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon (5ml) of rice vinegar
Methods
1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Wash the eggplant and cut it into hobnail-shaped pieces. Tear them into small pieces by hand
3. Pour oil into the pot, pour in the eggplant and stir-fry to soften
4. Mince the green onion, slice the ginger and crush the garlic.
