Ingredients: a chicken, onion, potato, carrot and green pepper.

Steps:
1. Cut the chicken into square chunks and wash them for later use.
2. Prepare potatoes, onions, carrots and green peppers, cut into pieces and wash them for later use.
3. Put the chicken pieces into the pot in cold water, add ginger and onion to cook wine, blanch them out and wash them for later use.
