Ingredients: 10 abalone, 1 tangerine peel.
Accessories: Very fresh and appropriate amount, 1 green onion, 2g salt.
Steps:
1. Prepare ten abalones and appropriate amount of tangerine peel.
2. Wash the tangerine peel with clean water, and then soak it in clean water until soft.
3. Dig the abalone out of the shell, remove the internal organs, and wipe clean the front and back sides.
4. Cut the soaked tangerine peel into shreds.
