Some red bell peppers

How to use:
1. Wash string beans, remove the head and tail; red bell peppers, wash, remove the stems and cut into small segments, and then boil in boiling water until cooked. The first thing you need to do is to get your hands dirty.
2. Peel the onions and carrots and cut them into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the ground beef, egg whites, and all the seasonings to recipe 2 and mix well.
4. Dip your palms in a little oil, then form a ball with the ingredients of Method 3 and place it in your palms, patting both sides of the steak with both hands to form a patty with a thickness of about 2 centimeters.
