One day, however, I found that the bean sprouts in the market were no longer as fresh as they used to be; their color became dull and they lost that vibrant atmosphere. I began to think, if I grow my own bean sprouts, won't I be able to eat them fresh at any time? This idea inspired a passion for growing bean sprouts.

Part 2: The Practice of Growing Bean Sprouts

In order to realize this idea, a transparent plastic box was prepared and the bottom was lined with moist paper towels. Then, some good quality soil was spread evenly on the paper towel, taking care that the soil should be kept moist for the growth of bean sprouts. Next, some plump mung beans were selected and soaked in water.

A few hours later, it was noticed that the mung beans began to swell, like tiny lives were brewing. The green beans were carefully drained and arranged evenly in the box. Every morning and evening, the green beans are rehydrated with water and care is taken to keep the box clean.

Third: The Growth and Harvest of Bean Sprouts

A few days later, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bean sprouts began to poke their heads out of the mung beans, and the tender green leaves seemed to beckon to me. Excitedly, I told my mom that I could finally grow my own bean sprouts!

Over the next few days, the bean sprouts grew and eventually took on the familiar shape of bean sprouts. Carefully picked them down and fried a plate of delicious bean sprouts. I felt immensely satisfied and happy eating the bean sprouts I had grown.
