Small Dragon Fruit Dumplings
Ingredients
Crust: red dragon fruit, low/medium gluten flour, water
Filling: beef, spinach, cheese, egg
Methods
1: Puree the dragon fruit, strain out the juice, and knead it with an equal amount of flour until it forms a soft dough.
2, dragon fruit flour 2 times the amount of flour plus half the amount of water, kneaded into a white dough, sealed and covered.
3, beef puree, spinach washed and blanched, chopped and squeezed dry, put together, add an egg, some cheese, corn starch, mushroom powder, sesame oil, sugar, salt, oyster sauce, mix well.
4. Wrap the white dough with the red dough, roll it into long strips, cut it into small slices with a thickness of 0.5cm, roll it out, put the filling on it, fold it to tighten the mouth, and then connect it with the head and the tail, and then dab it with a bit of water and press it tightly.
