Steps
1.Potato peeling and cut thick slices

2. Finely chop millet peppers, minced scallions and set aside.
3. Boil the potatoes in water until they are five mature and strain the water.
4. Heat a frying pan, pour in the drained potato slices and fry until both sides are crispy and brown, then spatula up and set aside.
5. In a pan, leave the oil in the bottom, pour in the peppers and scallions, soy sauce and salt to taste.
6. When the peppers are broken, pour in the potato slices, sprinkle pepper, stir fry until each potato slice is coated with chili sauce.
