Preparation materials: 30 chestnuts, 10 grams of vegetable oil, 15 grams of sugar, 10 grams of water
1. Wash the chestnuts.
2. Use scissors to cut a cross opening on the chestnut.
3. Place chestnuts in a basin and add 10g of vegetable oil. Shake the pot so that the surface of the chestnuts is evenly coated with oil.
4. Cover a baking sheet with tin foil and place the chestnuts on the tin foil.
5. Preheat the oven for five minutes and place the chestnuts in the oven. Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. When roasting chestnuts, we put fine sugar into a basin and add 10g of boiling water. Stir until the caster sugar is completely melted.
7. Take the chestnuts out of the oven, use a silicone brush to brush sugar water on the surface, and brush a little more on the opening.
8. After all the brushing is done, try to place the chestnut opening upward.
9. Return to the oven and bake for five or six minutes.
