Ingredients
Mustard Greens 400g
Sparse of Cooking Oil
Pinch of Onion and Garlic
Pinch of Chili Pepper
Sparse of Light Soy Sauce
Methodology/Steps
Wash Mustard Greens, cut into pieces and set aside. Pinch of chicken essence
Methods/Steps
Wash mustard leaves, cut into segments and set aside.
Put a little oil in a wok, add chopped onion and garlic, chili pepper segments and saute for fragrance.
Put in the mustard leaves and stir-fry on high heat for about 3 minutes.

Put in soy sauce, chicken seasoning, stir-fry evenly, and then out of the pan.
