The ingredients needed are: mixed grain flour, eggs, meat floss, pickles, scallions, sweet pasta sauce, vegetables, and crispy pancakes
Prepare the mixed grain batter. (To grind the batter, ingredients such as wheat, sorghum, corn, grains, and dried groundnuts are washed, soaked, and then ground into a paste.)
Take the mixed grain batter onto the skillet
Use a spatula to flatten the batter to the same size as the skillet
Spread evenly
After the eggs are evenly spread, sprinkle with pickled vegetables
Sprinkle with chopped green onions
Sprinkle with meat floss
Fold a 3/4 of the crêpe
Smear the crêpe with the sweet pasta sauce at the folded point
And on the crêpe Add a slice of raw veggie on top of the crêpe, then fold the crêpe from both sides and roll up
