Exercise:
1. Pork belly with skin washed and blanched, fished out, cooked with ginger slices in clear water and cooled.
2. Drain the pork belly, slice it, heat oil in the pot, stir-fry the pork slices until they are slightly dry, and the edges of the pork slices are slightly curled, and drain the oil.
3. Reheat the hot oil, add the garlic slices and bean paste and stir-fry the red oil, then add the meat slices and stir well.
4. Add the cabbage, continue to add the right amount of soy sauce, cooking wine and a little sugar to taste, and sprinkle some green garlic before cooking.
