1. Ingredients: half chicken, 15 grams of mushrooms, a little green onion, ginger, garlic, appropriate amounts of salt, sugar, cornstarch, light soy sauce, pepper, and oyster sauce. A little cooking wine and an appropriate amount of vinegar.
