Yu Qian's first practice of rice
Wash elm, drain, and then. Then take a proper amount of millet and wash it. Put elm and millet together and mix well, then mix a little bean flour or corn flour evenly, add various seasonings according to your own taste, and put them in a steamer with bamboo sticks or bamboo leaves. The fire can only be reduced if it is steamed until hot air comes out around the steamer. Turn off the fire after two or three minutes, take it out and cool it. The glutinous rice that comes out of the cage is golden, soft and fragrant.
