There is no difference between the two.
Mint is the name of the Guangfu people in the Pearl River Delta, and the Hakka people of Guangdong call it Bichi. Jieyang, Shantou, Chaozhou people call it the nine-story pagoda. Cantonese people in the Pearl River Delta generally use it to make soup and steam fish, as do Chaozhou people. In Wuhua, Xingning, Fengshun, Longchuan, Zijin, Luhe and Jiexi of Guangdong, Hakkas in the area generally have boiled egg lean meat soup, snail soup and fish dipping sauce in Zijin, Luhe and Jiexi. Spices are indispensable for Hakka people to make Hakka Leicha.
