5, senior technician (one of the following conditions)
(a) after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional technician, he has been engaged in this professional work for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by this professional senior technician for the specified number of hours, and has obtained the certificate of graduation (completion).
(two) after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional technician, he has been engaged in this professional work for more than 5 years.
