Intelligent ABC is a commonly used Pinyin-based Chinese character input method improved on the basis of the QuanPin input method.
Smart ABC is not a pure Pinyin input method, but a combination of phonetic and morphological input methods. Therefore, if you add the shape code of the first stroke of a character to the Pinyin input, you can retrieve the character quickly. The stroke shapes replaced by the code are shown in the table below:
1: horizontal 2: vertical 3: apostrophe 4: down 5: left crook
6: right crook 7: criss-cross 8: box
For example, to input the character "Wu", type "wu8" can reduce the number of page turns during the search, and the search scope is greatly narrowed.
Many of my friends use the Smart ABC input method when typing Chinese, but to make it faster and easier, you must understand the secrets of the two letters "v" and "i".
"v" is the best use of
When using Smart ABC to input Chinese phrases containing English, it is very troublesome to use Ctrl+Space to switch between the English and Chinese input states
. In fact, if you need to input English during the Pinyin input process, you don't need to switch to English mode. You can type "v" and then type the English you want to input, then press space, the English letters will appear, and the "v" will not show up. For example, if you type "venglish" and press space, you get "english".
"v" can also be used to input graphic symbols. You can input all kinds of symbols in GB-2312 character set 1-9 by typing "v1-v9" in the Chinese input state of Smart ABC Input Method. For example, if you want to input "Δ", you can input "v6" and then select "4" to get "Δ". If you want to enter "&&", enter "v3" and then select "6", etc. It's very convenient.
"i" is also magical
Table 1 Correspondence between letters and quantifiers
a:second b:hundred c:centimeter d:first e:billion f:minute g:one
h:hour i:milli j:pound k:gram l:mile m:meter n:year
degree p:pound q:thousand r:day s:ten t:ton u:micro
w:million x:liter y:month z:megabyte
Smart ABC also provides the ability to convert Arabic numerals to Chinese upper and lower case numerals, which can simplify the input of some commonly used quantifiers. "i" is the leading character for inputting lowercase Chinese numerals, and "I" is the leading character for inputting uppercase Chinese numerals. For example, if you input "i7", you can get "七", and if you input "I7", you will get "七". Inputting "i2000" will give you "20,000,000,000", which is a number that bothers a lot of people. Enter "i+" and you get "plus", and the same goes for "i-" and "i*", "i/" corresponds to "subtract", "multiply", and "divide".
Some commonly used quantitative words can also simplify the input, input "ig", press the space bar, it will display "个"; "ij "得到 "pounds" (the system provides for the meaning of the letters in the digital input see table 1). "i" or "I" directly after the space bar or enter, it is converted to "one" or "one"; "i" or "I" directly after the Chinese punctuation keys (except for "castor"), then converted to "a" or "one"; "i" or "I" directly after the Chinese punctuation keys (except for "castor"), then converted to "one" or "one".
"[and]"
There is a time to play a word forgot to spell, we will play the word, and then remove the word in the extra word to get what we want. In fact, you can: after typing the spelling of the word in this way, press "[" to get the first word of the word; press "]" to get the last word of the word.
For example, if you type "yyh[", you get the word "sound".
"U"
"u" allows you to enter user-defined words, if you define words in Define new words, e.g.
Define: mop smorgasbord Define as bt
then type " ubt" and you get "mop hodgepodge".
In fact, we carefully look at the help to know ~ ~ ~ software engineering is still very useful ~ ~
1. Chinese and English input switching:
We usually directly into the Chinese, want to enter uppercase English when you press the CAPS_LOCK key can be, and so on, and so on, after the loss of the press again on the back. If you want to input lowercase English, you can press v first, and then input the English you want to input, and then come back. For example, if you want to type faint, you can press vfaint space directly.
2. Full and half-corner switching:
Press shift+space (upshift key plus space) and you're done. For example, ~ and ~, the full and half corners are not the same.
3. English and Chinese punctuation switch:
Press ctrl+. (control key and period) and you're done. For example. and . ¥ and $ and ...... and ^.
4. Simple input Chinese numbers:
Press i first, then enter the number you want to input, space, and you're done. For example, one, two, three, four, five, six, directly input i123456 space, you can.
5. Simple input special symbols:
Press v first, then press 1 or 2 or 3, you can find a lot of special symbols, for example, input v1, turn down 7 times, then press 2, you can get ♂ this symbol. There is also v2, which is a symbol for all the numbered typesetting, such as ⒈ , (1), ①, 1, and so on. v3 is full of variants of common characters, such as @ *{%E and so on.
6. Simple input of foreign letters:
Press v, then press 4, you can find all the Japanese hiragana, v5 you can find the Japanese katakana. For example, typing v41 in succession will give you aa. Of course, this is only for occasional use, if you want to type Japanese at length, you'd better install a NJStar or something.
v6 and v7 I don't recognize, it's like Russian or something, right?
7. Input Hanyu Pinyin:
v8 is Hanyu Pinyin and the phonetic symbols the Taiwanese use, like ā e ǔ ā BPM or something.
8. Input cartographic symbols:
v9 is cartographic symbols, such as -│┅┏ ┓ and so on.
There are many different ways to input Chinese, and comparing several uses, we found that each has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the key is to find an input method that suits your own characteristics.
For those who have never learned an input method, I think it is better to use Smart ABC. Some authors have already mentioned some of the advantages of using Pinyin, but not in the most detailed way. I have used it, combined with other friends' instructions and the help function that comes with Smart ABC, I have summarized some of my experiences and share them with you.
I. u-Forced Memory Phrase Input
Forced Memory is generally used to define those longer or more commonly used phrases. Using this function, you can directly add new words to the user library. The method is as follows:
1. Open Smart ABC (version 4.0), the input method status of Smart ABC appears (if the box of the input method status does not appear, you can use the following method: left-click on the pen icon of the Smart ABC input method, a menu appears, and "Show Input Method" is checked.)
2. Mouse over the input method status box, right-click, a menu appears, select "Define new word".
3. For example, in the "Define New Words" dialog box in the "New Words", enter "Software World Magazine", enter rj in the external code, press the "Add" button. "Add" key, if successful, the new word will appear in the "list of new words", and finally press the "Close" key (Note: the best simple code, easy to remember.) For example, in this article, rj, is the "Software World Magazine" ruanjian pinyin abbreviation).
4. In the future, as long as the use of the process, as long as the type urj, the words "Software World Magazine" will appear.
Note:
1. u is a switch that controls forced memorization, and is not displayed in practice.
2. When defining a new word, you must enter both the content of the word and the external code. The content of the word is inputted at the new word, which can be Chinese characters, phrases or phrases, or it can be composed of Chinese characters and other characters; the input at the external code can be Hanyu Pinyin, the original text of the foreign language, or any marking preferred by the user.
3. The maximum length of non-standard words allowed to be defined is 15 characters, and the maximum length of input code is nine characters; the maximum word capacity is 400.
4. You can add more than one word at a time. Especially for some place names or the names of your classmates, colleagues or your home address or even phone numbers, the forced-memory method will greatly speed up the input of these words.
5. However, I found that if you mix Chinese and numbers in the entry, the order may change, so I don't know if it's a "bug". For example: in the "Define New Words" dialog box, "New Words" at the input "Beijing 3844 mailbox", the external code at the input xx, (xx for the) (xx is the pinyin abbreviation of "mailbox"). Press "Add", if it is successful, the new word will appear in the "List of New Words", and finally press "Close". But when you want to use it, type uxx, and "Beijing mailbox 3844" appears.
6. To delete the definition of the word method: move the cursor to the "list of new words", select the words need to be deleted, and then press the "delete" button. Then press "Close".
Two, v - Chinese input process in the English input
1. input Chinese articles, the most afraid of which there are English words, if it is a paragraph of the article, even so, one by one, the word is the most troublesome. In fact, you don't have to switch to English at all. Type "v" as a marker, followed by the English to enter, press the space bar, the English letters will appear, "v" itself does not appear.
2. For example, if you want to input "sun" in the process of typing, you just need to input: "vsun" and press the space bar.
3. In this method, direct input of capital letters is invalid, if you type "vSun" (at this time the S is controlled by the [Shift]+[s] keys), then it still displays sun, which is probably another "bug". This is probably another "bug". It is recommended that the first do not care about the case of the letters of the alphabet, to the end of all input, and then use Word comes with a change of case can be (in the "Format" menu in the "Change Case" option). This method is suitable for a single English more often used. You can also use the [Caps Lock] key to control the input "S", and then enter "vun", then display Sun, this method is suitable for fewer letters of the alphabet with.
Three, i, I-simplified input method of Chinese numerals
1. Intelligent ABC provides the ability to convert Arabic numerals and Chinese upper- and lower-case numerals:
"i" is the leading character for inputting lower-case Chinese numerals.
"I" is the leading character for inputting uppercase Chinese numerals (note that I at this time is controlled by [Shift]+[i] keys).
2. Method:
Enter "i1", press space (or enter), will display "one"; and so on enter "i2000", press space, will display "one"; and so on enter "i2000", press space, will display "one". I've found that many people don't know how to enter 2000, and tend to enter 2000, so it's useful to remember this method.
Type in "I1", press space (or enter), it will display "One"; and so on for "I2000", press space, it will display "I2000", press space, it will display "II2000".
3. Some commonly used quantifiers can also be simplified input, input "ig", press space (or enter), will display "个"; the system specifies that the meaning of the letters in the numeric input:
g [个]、s [十,拾]. b [百,百]、b [百,百]、b [百,百]、b [百,百]、b [百,百], b[百,佰]、q[千,仟]、w[万]、e[亿]、z[兆]、d[第]、
n[年]、y[月]、r[日]、t[吨]、k[克]、$[元]、h[时]、f[分]、l[里]、
m[米]、j[斤]、o[度]、p[磅]、u[微]、i[毫]、a[秒]、c[ centimeter], x[liter]
Description:
Input "i" + the rest of the letters except "v" in the 26 letters of the English alphabet, you can get the corresponding Chinese words.
Four, grasp the general law of input by word
1. 27 monosyllabic words below, you can only input the vowel (or the first letter of the vowel) will be displayed.
For example, if you enter "a" directly, "ah" is displayed.
a b c d e f g
a b c d e f g
Ah not just the hungry send a
h i j k l m n
and a can be no years
o p q r s t
Oh batch to go to the day is he
w x y z

This
The first letter of the first letter of the first letter of the second letter of the first letter of the first letter of the second letter of the first letter. Up Out
Note:
It will be especially easy to memorize them in the order in which the author has arranged them.
2. What's particularly nice is that if you want to type "的", it's easier to just type "d" rather than "de". If you want to type "yes", just type "s", and similarly if you want to type "on", just type "sh If you want to type "on", just type "sh".
3. The above words, though few in number, are used extremely frequently and should be memorized. One thing to note is that the word "year", input "in", you can get "year", input "n", the effect is the same; for "day", input "n", the effect is the same; for "day", input "n", the effect is the same. The effect is the same; for "day", "a" is the same reason, you can try it yourself.
Five, hazy memories [Ctrl] + [-] key
For just a short period of time, you can use the easiest way to use the word based on incomplete information to recall, this process is called hazy memories. Hazy recall is accomplished with the [Ctrl] + [-] keys.
Usage:
1. If: you have just typed in "teacher", "teaching", "teach", "education ", you now want to enter "teacher", then just type "js" and then press [Ctrl] + [-] key, then just typed "teacher" will appear again. "will appear again. Hazy recollection in the input content is relatively single, input content frequently repeated and so on the use of the situation is very effective.
2. If you want to repeat a word you just typed, you just need to press [Ctrl]+[-] twice in a row. The first time the role of "hazy memories", the second time to restore the role of the scene. For example: just used the intelligent ABC input "software world", just need to press the [Ctrl] + [-] key twice in a row, and then press the space bar, it will display the "software world".
VI.[,]-Set word by word
Whether it is the word in the standard library, or the user's own definition of the word, can be used to set the word.
Method:
Use "[" to take the first word, "]" to take the last word.
For example:
Type "shijie", if you press space bar directly, you can get "world";
Type "shijie ", if you press "[", then press spacebar, you get "world";
Type "shijie", if you press "]", then press space to get "world".
Seven, the transformation of the number
In the input process is often found to be used to " 》, when there is a 〈 〉, to use 〈 〉, but there is a " 》" and sometimes even have to use the "Insert" menu in the symbols.
In fact, the book title of the input key for the [Shift] + [〈 ] and [〉] key. When you press [Shift]+[〈 ] key for the first time, the corresponding output character is 〈, and when you press [Shift]+[〈 ] again, 〈 appears. After that, if the input 〈 and 〉 can be matched, then when 〉 is input again, 》 appears. In short, 〈〉and 〈〉 must appear in pairs.
There is another problem here: when you enter "[" and then "《》", if you enter "]" again, you will strangely find that it is "" instead of "]". Is this related to autocorrect, or is it a "bug" that I hope to share with you.
1. Easily input English during Chinese input
When inputting Chinese sentences containing English, we don't have to switch to English, we can solve this problem with the help of the letter "V". In the process of inputting Pinyin in Smart ABC, type "V + English" and press the space bar to input English, and the "V" won't show up. For example, if you type "vwindows", you will get "windows", which is very convenient.
2. Input letters and symbols
If you want to input all kinds of symbols in GB-2312 character set 1 to 9, you only need to type the letter "V + number" in the standard state? Figure 1 . The correspondence is as follows:
V+1: Punctuation and mathematical symbols
V+2: Numerical symbols
V+3: Case and some punctuation marks
V+4: Japanese hiragana
V+5: Japanese katakana
V+6: Greek letters and some symbols
V+7 V+7: Russian letters
V+8: Pinyin and some Japanese characters
V+9: Tabs
3. Inputting forced-memory words
Intelligent ABC provides us with forced-memory function. In order to facilitate the input, you can add customized non-standard words to the user's thesaurus. First, right-click on the status bar of Smart ABC Input Method, select "Define New Word", and then enter the content you want to memorize in the "Define New Word" dialog box that pops up. Figure 2: Input the content you need to memorize. For example, type "National Construction Work Committee", define the code as "gjjw", click "Add" button, then the customized word will appear in the "Browse New Words" dialog box. Click "Add" button, then the customized word will appear in the "Browse New Words" list box. Click "Close" to end the customization. In the future, if you need to enter the term "National Construction Work Committee", just type "ugjjw".
