Korean is easy to learn and can usually be learned in three months. Because Chinese people have advantages in learning Korean, especially in pronunciation and word memorization. It usually takes one month to learn pronunciation, and it can take half a year to reach beginner level, one year to intermediate level, and one and a half years to advanced level.

Korean has the characteristic of being able to read the characters, and the full text can be read aloud if you know the pronunciation. Chinese characters account for a large proportion of the vocabulary, making it easier for Chinese people to memorize words. In particular, Korean has the characteristic of "reading when you see the words". After learning the pronunciation, you can read the entire text aloud, and you can spell out the words just by listening. Therefore, standard Korean pronunciation can completely save most of the time of memorizing words.

Technical Notes:

1. It is easy to memorize words incorrectly if the pronunciation is not good. Either the pronunciation is missing or the word is forgotten after memorizing it. If the vocabulary is insufficient, the Korean level will naturally not be improved. When the pronunciation in the listening material is different from what you remember, it will be difficult to pop up the corresponding words in your mind in time, which will lead to you not being able to understand what others are saying.

2. During the exam, the listening response and accuracy are greatly reduced compared to those who are good at pronunciation. If the pronunciation is not accurate, not only will it sound like a foreigner, but it will also easily cause misunderstandings, or the other party will not understand it no matter how you express it.
