What are nutrients?
Nutrient refer to the chemical components in food that can provide energy, body components, tissue repair and physiological regulation. All substances that can maintain human health and provide for growth, development and labor are called nutrients. Modern medical research shows that there are more than 100 kinds of nutrients needed by the human body, some of which can be synthesized and manufactured by itself, but about 40 kinds of nutrients that cannot be synthesized and manufactured by themselves must be absorbed by the outside world. After careful classification, seven kinds of nutrients can be summarized: protein, fat, sugar, inorganic salts (minerals), vitamins, water and cellulose are the essential nutrients for the human body. The continuation of health is nutrition, and the continuation of nutrition is life.
