Bengbu Specialty No.1: Du Guangxing Plate Duck

Bengbu Specialty 2: Bengbu Guifei Apricots
Guifei apricots are produced in the sandy area along the Yellow River in Bengbu City. Guifei apricot skin and flesh is orange-yellow, the morning side has a touch of red halo. The flesh is delicate, fiberless, juicy, sweet and sour, with a strong aroma. It is suitable for fresh eating, and can also be processed into dried fruit or canned in sugar water. Bengbu has been producing pearls since ancient times, so it has the reputation of pearl. Bengbu Pearl Factory is located at the foot of Cao Shan Mountain, near Zilong Lake, with more than 4,000 acres of cultured water. Cultivating pearls for more than 20 years, the pearls produced are large in size, strong in grain and full in color. Now it has formed a production line of pearl cultivation, processing and sales.
Bengbu Specialty 4: Huaiyuan Bailianpo Tribute Rice
Bailianpo Tribute Rice is produced in the township of Maotang in Huaiyuan County (present-day Bailianpo Township), and it is a National Geographical Indication Protected Product. Legend has it that Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, took the road to find Ying area, but saw the white lotus blooming in the endless rice paddies here, then asked an old man to know, this place is "White Lotus Slope", produces high-quality rice, color and aroma, can be picked after cooking three layers of skin. Made into a porridge, it tastes very good. The people's hearts, was named "White Lotus slope tribute rice" as tribute to the Imperial Palace of the Imperial rice.
