Fresh Bamboo Shoots Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
Spring bamboo shoots, pork, pickled mustard greens, ginger and garlic, millet chili, dried chili peppers.
Preparation:
1. Spring bamboo shoots peeled and washed, soaked in water for an hour, then start a pot of boiling water, the bamboo shoots sliced over water, ? Remove the bitterness of bamboo shoots.
2. Pork sliced, millet chili ginger and garlic sliced, pickled sprouts chopped and spare.
Practice:
1. Start a pot of oil, the pickled sprouts under the pot to stir-fry the flavor, in the next ginger and garlic millet chili.
2. Put the pork into the pot and fry the lard.
