Ingredients to prepare: 1000g beef, 1 piece of stewed beef, 20g of dark soy sauce, 10 ml of white wine, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, 10g of Sichuan peppercorns, 8 aniseeds, 6 bay leaves, 5g tangerine peel, 10g cinnamon bark, 15g sugar. 1. Prepare the ingredients.
