Practice of Bacon School in Northeast China
1.
I won't send the picture of dough, the kitchen is a mess. . .
There is a small amount of flour, I don't know exactly how much. Anyway, it depends. When I cooked for two people, I got half a bowl of flour!
First, add warm water which is less than 50% of the flour, and knead the flour until it reaches a certain strength. The result, as shown above, became a small ball.
2.
Clean and chop kelp, mix with chopped ginger and garlic, and add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
3.
A few slices of lettuce are enough. After washing, cut into small pieces. Master the specific size by yourself, preferably a little smaller.
4.
Wash coriander and onion, and chop them for later use.
5.
Pour the oil into the pot of13 (don't worry about the waste of oil, only fry the oil without any impurities once, and then mix it directly into the dish. It's delicious and won't be wasted! ), big hot pot, medium heat oil.
6.
While the oil is burning, divide the dough into equal parts you want (how many people eat it! ), roll them into pancakes with tools, and it is best to fry them one by one, that is, roll them while making them. Don't roll one by one in advance, the noodles will stick to the chopping block!
7.
The oil is hot. Just fry the bread in oil for a minute or two. Turn around once. Be careful not to burn. Fry for too long, and the bread won't wrap the stuffing! It will break.
8.
After the bread is out of the pan, put it in the gap of the chopping board and let it cool for a while. Put the bacon or smoked sausage in the pot and fry for one minute. Reduce the heat.
9.
Put coriander, onion, lettuce, kelp and smoked sausage on the fried bread in turn.
