1% agar gel electrophoresis how to make gel?
The operation steps are as follows:

1. 1% preparation of agarose gel (large gel 70ml, small gel 50ml): weigh 0.7 g(0.5 g) of agarose into a conical flask, add 70ml(50m l) 1×tae, turn the beaker upside down, and heat and boil it in a microwave oven for 3 times until the agarose is completely.

2. Preparation of rubber plate: clean the plexiglass inner tank (rubber making tank) in the electrophoresis tank, dry it, and put it into the rubber making glass plate. Seal the edges of the glass plate and the inner container with transparent tape to form a mold. Place the inner groove in a horizontal position and the comb in a fixed position. Mix the agarose gel solution cooled to about 65℃, and carefully pour it into the glass plate of the inner tank to make the glue slowly disperse. Until a uniform glue layer is formed on the whole surface of the glass plate. Let it stand at room temperature until the gel is completely solidified. Gently pull out the comb vertically, take off the adhesive tape, and put the gel and the inner tank into the electrophoresis tank. Add 1×TAE electrophoresis buffer until it does not pass through the rubber plate.
