Accessories: oil, salt, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
1. Crush ginger and garlic respectively.
2. Wash the sauerkraut and control the moisture.
3. Dice sauerkraut.
4. Put oil in the hot pot, and fry the sauerkraut for a while first.
5. Then pour in ginger and garlic and stir well.
6. Stir fry until the sauerkraut is dry, and finally add salt and soy sauce to taste.
7. You can serve now.
