1, Mixed bones rinsed with water, nicked water.
2, nicked the water of the mixed bone fishing, with flowing water rinse clean.
3, the empty pot on low heat for two minutes.
4, nicked the water of the bones into the pot, pour enough water, put ginger, onion knot, cooking wine and American ginseng, medium heat to boil and then turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about half an hour.
