The secret recipe for fried fish pieces?
I cut this fish from grass carp. You can choose any kind of fish (bighead carp, carp) according to your taste. Add some onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to the cut fish and marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
