2. Hairtail has a strong smell and a lot of oil, so it is difficult to wash it with clear water. Wash the treated hairtail with warm boiled water (about 70℃). The steps are to soak hairtail in warm boiled water for 20 seconds, then take it out quickly and put it in cold water. It must not be placed in warm water for too long, and the washing speed should be fast. Rinse with warm water, and only clean the impurities and adhesive tape on hairtail.
3. If you are afraid of the fishy smell of hairtail, you don't need to wash it with warm water. Soak hairtail in alkaline water (slightly alkaline water, not too strong). If it is too thick, the scales and silvery white grease layer on hairtail can also be easily removed. Wash with clean water, which is convenient to clean and has no fishy smell.
4. If the hairtail washed by the above method is still dirty and fishy, you can simply rub it with rice washing water, which can not only wash the fish, but also prevent the scales from sticking too fishy.
