Practice:
1 spoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 spoon oyster sauce 1 spoon light soy sauce 2 tablespoons cooking wine 1 spoon white sugar, a little salt and appropriate amount of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons corn starch for uniform pickling 1 hour.
At 60% oil temperature, put the ribs down and fry for 8- 10 minutes.
