A team of Sambo Corps and Keelung Customs Bureau jointly launched Ankang Project, and successively seized two batches of animal products (Saiga antelope horn and dried snake) in imported containers, of which the black market price of 680 Saiga antelope horn may be as high as NT$ 20 10/00000, while the black market price of 302 dried snakes is about RMB 2.5 million.

The first brigade of Sambo Corps pointed out that when 680 Saiga antelope horns were first seized, people only thought they were undeclared decorations. Fortunately, the police on duty were very alert to send them to check, only to know that they were Saiga antelope (also known as high-nosed antelope) whose international trade had been banned since the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (also known as Washington Convention) 1994. As the international trade of these antelope horns is difficult to estimate, it is estimated that the black market price may be as high as 20 10 yuan NT.
