1. To put water in a container to feed crabs, you first need a container. The most commonly used container is a basin, but if the basin wall is too low, the crabs will crawl out, so it is best to prepare a bucket. After placing the crabs inside, you need to pour in an appropriate amount of water. Although crabs can breathe through their gills, they have a relatively high demand for oxygen, so don't add too much water to make sure it can take in oxygen from the air.

2. Proper oxygenation In order to make crabs live longer, it is best to properly oxygenate the water where crabs are raised. Prepare an oxygen pump and connect the pipe to the bucket where the crabs are placed. This can oxygenate the water and increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water. In this way, it is no problem to raise the water level to a certain level and completely soak the crabs in the water.

3. Pay attention to temperature control. Crabs are cold-blooded animals and have certain adaptability to temperature. However, if you want them to live longer, it is best to properly control the temperature, usually between 15-25°C. If the temperature is too low, the crabs will freeze to death, and if it is too high, their death will be accelerated.

4. Feed food Crabs have a mixed diet, and different types of crabs like to eat different foods. You can usually feed it some mealworms, fish, shrimp, earthworms and other foods, and feed it once every two to three days. Although it is relatively resistant to hunger, if it is not fed for a long time, it will easily become thin.
