1) Make the soup: Remove the heads and internal organs of the shrimps, wash them, and cut them into sections (about 1 inch). Put the shredded ginger into the oil pan, and the temperature should not be too high. Add the shrimp immediately and then add water and seasonings, mainly salt (you can add a little soy sauce to adjust the color). If you want it spicy, you can put a few dried chili peppers. 2) Burning tofu: The previous process is the same as (1). When adding the shrimp, put the tofu (cut into small pieces) at the same time, add salt, soy sauce, sugar and a small amount of water (half a small rice bowl), you can also add spiciness, according to your own taste.
