How to make Hu Aishan old duck soup?
Composition:
500 grams of old duck, 200 grams of yam, 5 shallots, 2 grams of ginger, 5 grams of medlar, 2 grams of salt and 2 grams of cooking wine.
Hu Aishan old duck soup practice;
1, wash duck, slice ginger, wash Lycium barbarum, cut shallot into chopped green onion;
2. Peel and cut Hu Aishan into pieces;
3. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, add 2 grams of duck meat, cooking wine and 4 onions to boil, skim off the floating foam and take it out;
