ingredients:
2g of duck meat, 5g of Gordon Euryale seed rice, 5g of mung bean, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of onion and appropriate amount of ginger.
Practice:
1. Prepare mung beans and euryales. Chop the duck into small pieces, rinse it clean, boil the water in the pot, add the duck meat, blanch it for 1 minutes, take it out and rinse it clean.
2. Drain the pot again, add the duck meat, add the washed mung beans and Euryale ferox, and add the onion and ginger.
3. Bring the fire to a boil, turn it down and stew for about an hour and a half. Wash the wax gourd, peel it, cut it into large pieces, put it in the pot, continue to stew for half an hour, and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
Tips:
1. Rinse the duck meat and blanch it for ten minutes, then thoroughly cook the blood water and rinse it again to prevent the soup from being turbid.
2. Stew the wax gourd for an hour and a half before putting it in. Stew it for about half an hour. Too long will easily make the wax gourd too soft and rotten, which will affect the taste.
3. It is better to stew the soup for about two hours.
4. Add a little salt to taste, and the rest can be omitted.
Efficacy: The old duck soup with white gourd and mung bean is rich in vitamins, which helps the baby to clear away heat and toxic materials, promote diuresis, eliminate phlegm, relieve annoyance and quench thirst.
