Nothing is more famous in Boracay than seafood. Lobster, mussels, mussels, scallops and other seafood are large and juicy, making them ideal for barbecues.
Originally the largest known burrowing bivalve, the elephant clam, also known as the emperor clam, is known scientifically as the Pacific mud clam (Panopeaabrupta), and is known as the elephant clam because of its resemblance to an elephant's trunk (elephant trunk).
