What is milk jujube?
Milk jujube is a small snack made by removing the core of jujube, adding dried fruits such as almonds and wrapping them with milk powder.

Practice: red dates100g, almonds 40g, unsalted butter 30g, cotton candy 90g, fine sugar 8g, and milk powder.

Steps:

1, clean red dates, remove cores and control dry water.

2. Put almonds (or dried fruits you like to eat) into the hollow place of red dates.

3. Put butter in the pot and heat until it melts.

4. Turn on a small fire, pour cotton candy into the pot, and stir it back and forth until the cotton candy is fully melted and evenly mixed with butter.

5. Add appropriate amount of milk powder and mix well.

6. Turn off the fire and pour in the red dates and keep stirring, so that the melted milk powder marshmallows will stick to the red dates evenly.

7. Take out the prepared red dates and pick them up one by one, and round them with the palm of your hand.

8. Sprinkle milk powder and roll around, so that each red date is covered with milk powder and becomes a milk jujube.
