Exercise 1
1. Wash the broiler, add seasoning, onion and garlic for 2 hours, and take out the broiler.

Exercise:
1. After washing the chicken leg, use a toothpick or fork to insert more than N holes in the chicken leg to taste. Marinate the chicken legs according to the marinated chicken legs and refrigerate for one night.
2. Prepare crispy materials: mix potato chips, bread crumbs, sugar, salt and black pepper evenly, and at the same time break the eggs and put the flour into a small bowl;
3. Take a chicken leg and roll it in the flour, shake off the excess flour, then roll it in the egg liquid, and finally roll it in the crispy material to make it even;
